Passed away on Saturday 30th April 2022. Aged 41 years. Loved son of Ross and Janet (deceased). Much loved father of Jay-De, Deklan, Tarlay and Koby. Sadly, missed by all his family and friends. A graveside service to celebrate Jay’s life was held on Wednesday 18th May 2022 in the Muswellbrook Lawn Cemetery.
