Passed away peacefully on Wednesday 14th September 2022 at Strathearn Village. Late of Scone and formally a citizen of the world. Aged 97 years. Cherished mother of Julie Hardinge and Amanda Noble. Very much loved mother-in-law, grandmother (Bindy Bee), great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to all. In keeping with Joan’s wishes, a small private family service was held.
